We are looking for a talented and experienced Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Odoo development, as well as experience in customizing and integrating Odoo modules to support various business needs. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions that enhance business operations and improve user experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Customize Odoo Modules: Design and implement new modules, customizations, and workflows tailored to specific business requirements.
- Integration with Third-party Applications: Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and third-party applications to extend Odoo’s functionality.
- Optimize Performance: Analyze and optimize Odoo instances to ensure smooth operations, including troubleshooting issues and providing technical support.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and other team members to gather requirements, discuss solutions, and ensure project success.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for customizations, workflows, and processes to support ongoing maintenance and scalability.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ experience in Odoo development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, XML, and Odoo framework.
- Customization and Development: Strong experience in customizing and developing Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).
- Database Management: Solid understanding of database structures and queries, especially in PostgreSQL.
- API Integration: Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating Odoo with external applications.
- Problem-solving Skills: Strong analytical and debugging skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
Nice to have
- Certifications: Odoo certifications are a plus
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development practices.
- Version Control: Experience with Git for version control.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in ERP implementations for specific industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, healthcare) is advantageous.
